The Gin Gimlet
If only there was a drink that is considered a gentleman's drink and at the same time appeals to women. There he is, the GIN GIMLET!
It originates in the British naval tradition and is therefore a drink from a typical male domain, which does not make him a sea bear for a long time. At the same time he looks great in female company. Of course, this could also be due to the fact that every Marine O ornament looks great in his uniform and the GIN GIMLET looks just as great when served in a cool coupette glass.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: powerful, a fusion of seductively fruity notes, with a hint of exotic fruits such as lemons and oranges, a hint of coriander and juniper.
Flavour: mild with an optimal balance, fruity-sweet bouquet with a gentle hint of acidity and a hint of lime.
Finish: long finish with a subtle sweet finish.
Overall: a successful balance of exotic notes and elegant facets of a London dry gin.
Contents: Gin, Lime Juice Cordial, 27.8% vol., lemon zest, lemon oil.
Sizes: 700 ml and 50 ml (test sizes = for 2 cocktails)
Preparation: Pour into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes, stir well and strain into a Coupette glass. Add a Zeste to the drink. To finish, moisten the cocktail once with the aroma atomizer.
