Jacket in a houndstooth pattern from 1973. This Jakko, colloquially a cross between the german words for jacket and blazer, has been made from 100% virgin wool and is equipped with a breast pocket on the left, two side slit pockets, a full-length button placket and an inside breast pocket. The high-quality fabric, which was woven by John Hanly & CO. LTD. in Ireland, has a particularly pithy feel. Thanks to its classic, regular and straight cut, the Jacket offers many possible combinations and is a top choice for any winter wardrobe. It also has no lining, which allows you to wear a thick jumper underneath.

The 1973 line originates from Kastell, which has been tailoring menswear since 1946. 1973 is the young line, which goes back to the year of birth of the sons of the company owners. From 1973 on we offer ready-made clothing which is produced in small series according to our wishes individually for "die form". Since spring 2012 we offer also the individual single manufacture (custom-made clothing) with 1973.
