Product information "Hullmann Charge 15"

Batch 15 is stored for 10 long years in Limousin oak barrels in the vaults of the distilleries Hullmann and Oldenburg Etzhorn. Thus, the spicy notes of wheat merge with the noble aromas of sherry pre-seasoning during this maturation. In addition to a fine wood note, this successful combination gives the grain a subtle sweetness and gives it the colour of shimmering amber. Batch 15 is a unique composition of selected barrel contents - a strictly limited treasure. Each vintage bottle carries a label with consecutive numbering. The bouquet unfolds best at a temperature of 14 - 18 °C.

Andrea Färber burns tradition for Hullmann
Quality awareness is the basis. Since 1469 the Hullmann family can be traced back to the farm in Etzhorn. In 1807 Gerd Hullmann founded the J. Hullmann grain distillery on this farm.
The success story of Hullmann has not only something to do with the grain, but also with the people who produce it in the meanwhile 8th generation on the Oldenburger Gutshofbrennerei Etzhorn. Andrea Färber is the boss today.
And not only that. True to her motto: "True to the tried and tested - daring to try something new", she personally stands for the tried and tested taste of Alten Korn and dared to create a new premium product in 2013. Batch 15 - the exquisite taste composition of 10 long years of matured grain.
