Angora

Angora is a textile fiber obtained from the hair of the angora rabbit and has particularly heat-retaining and sweat-absorbing properties. Since 95% of the world's angora wool comes from China and there are no animal welfare regulations there, angora has a very bad reputation.

We, at "die Form", therefore pay strict attention to the origin of our offered goods so that we do not support animal suffering. The angora wool with Caregora sigil used in the Le Bonnet hats we offer comes 100% from breeding farms that keep their rabbits according to the guidelines of the DEFRA standard. Caregora is obtained according to strict animal welfare guidelines, species-appropriate for the animals. All breeding farms have been audited by SGS SA according to DEFRA standards.
