Double Twist Yarn

Full twist is a fabric in which both the warp thread and the weft thread consist of twisted yarns. The double twisting, i.e. the twisting of the yarn together, to a greater extent than with commercial yarn, gives the subsequent fabric greater stability. This makes the fabric easier to care for and gives it the property of being easier to uncrumple on its own. Full-twisted yarn feels particularly smooth and soft, which further enhances the skin-friendly properties of cotton, for example. The colors also gain more brilliance due to the structure, which makes the fabric look even more powerful.
