Its formula reacts to natural UV radiation and accelerates the drying process of the green nail polishes. This exceptional top coat is the ultimate step for a long-lasting, well-groomed manicure. Application:
First apply a thin coat of the Base Coat. Then apply two coats of your favourite GREEN colour and allow to dry. Finally, apply a thin layer of Top Coat and allow to dry.
