Our current assortment

Ankle boots are in season all year round. With the Astorflex Bitflex, you are opting for a Chelsea boot whose leather has been tanned over several weeks in a mixture of mimosa powder, water and oak bark. The waxed finish, natural rubber sole and side shank give this olive Foresta a casual, everyday look. Another plus of the Bitflex Chelsea is the pure leather lining.

The Astorflex Bitflex comes in three great colourways: Dark Chestnut, a dark and warm shade of brown. This goes perfectly with jeans, but also with chinos, corduroy or suit trousers. Dark Khaki and Special Edition Heritage, on the other hand, are lighter-coloured versions. Edition Heritage stands for a wrinkled vintage look, which is achieved by a special pressing process of the washed cowhide.

Are you looking for a reliable running shoe? Then we recommend an Astorflex Beenflex. Made in Italy, this lace-up shoe convinces with supple, soft suede and a wide natural rubber sole. Hand-stitched, visible seams and the connecting seam from sole to upper leather give the Astorflex Beenflex its look reminiscent of soft Indian shoes. A feature of the chukka boot is the lacing. Of course, Travenzoli also relies on quality from nature here: the laces are made of hemp!

With the Astorflex Rockflex you are choosing a real mountaineer. Made of robust suede leather, this shoe, which is also suitable for mountain tours, has an appropriately rustic look: the lacing hooks run through eyelets and brass hooks in a lace-to-toe lacing system. The lined tongue and insulating wool felt sole provide soft and warming comfort. The latter is also removable. The rubber sole with tread promises perfect grip for the all-rounder in whiskey and dark khaki.

Frame stitching is also a feature of the Astorflex Greenflex. In this running shoe, the individual leather parts are carefully glued together by hand with hydrogen-based adhesives. Another feature is the flexible, resistant natural rubber sole made of coagulated latex from the rubber tree, the Hevea Brazilians.

The materials

Shoe production has a long tradition in Italy. Whether it's the Greenflex Desert Boot in Dark Khaki Suede, Foresta or Astorflex Bootflex made of European cow suede for lacing: each model is deliberately made by hand, step by step, in Mantova. Suede, the velvety soft suede, gives these shoes a wonderful feel, high wearing comfort and inimitable outfit. The 100 per cent naturally tanned calf or cow leather, some of which is pressed in vintage style, delights with extreme durability.

What makes the label so special?

The collection of the Italian premium manufacturer has charisma: the family history began at the beginning of the 19th century with the vision of two brothers in the small family business of Castel d'Ario.

As "Fratelli Travenzoli", the company established itself after the First World War with a variety of shoe models. Decades later, they inspire as Astorflex shoes with Dukeflex or Greenflex like Care of Carl as timeless-modern classics with historically grown craftsmanship: made in Italy and even produced in sustainable ecological responsibility!
