The 5 year old RATU DARK Rum from RUM Co. Of Fiji is aged for five years in flamed oak barrels. Intense smoked oak notes paired with warm bourbon vanilla tones, the sweetness of caramel and tea leaves on the finish. A perfectly balanced rum that balances softness and complexity.
Only the purest water from the surrounding area is used and finally filtered through coconut shells. The rum is matured in selected oak barrels. RUM co. of Fiji focuses on local ingredients and craftsmanship.
