The Bamboo Box
Created by the father of the bartending in Japan, inspired by the combination of different ingredients and found excellent by the international guests of the Hotel New Grand in Yokohama. Louis Eppinger has always been known for his exceptional drinks and his BAMBOO became Japan's Sherry Amour.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: persistent, full, fruity aromas of apricot, peach and raisins, variation of herbs and spices, with hints of almonds and nuts.
Flavour: sweet, wine-like notes, paired with slightly fruity aromas, pleasantly dry, with a hint of lavender, traces of rosemary and cloves.
Finish: on the palate soft and full, with a long finish Total: an elegant drink, wonderfully fresh, complex and varied.
Contents: Sherry, dry wormwood, orange bitter, aromatic bitter, 0.7 litres, 22.0% vol., orange zest, orange oil.
Sizes: 700 ml and 50 ml (test sizes = for 2 cocktails)
Preparation: Pour into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes, stir well and strain into a cocktail tip. Add a Zeste to the drink. To finish, moisten the cocktail once with the aroma atomizer.
