Charlotte Sparre machte 1989 ihren Abschluss an der Elsinore Business School und reiste anschließend nach Frankreich, um ein Jahr an einer französischen Wirtschaftshochschule zu studieren.
Nach ihrer Rückkehr machte sie eine Ausbildung zur Verkaufs- und Marketingassistentin bei Scandinavian Airlines.
Während dieser Zeit entwickelte sich Ihr Interesse für Mode zu einem kleinen Geschäft, in dem sie Haarspangen und Schleifen fertigte und verkaufte. Als Sie eines Tages Urlaub in China machte, kaufte sie eine große Menge luxuriöser Seide, aus der sie nach und nach Schals herstellte. Diese kamen bei Ihren Kollegen so gut an, dass Sie schon bald sich dazu entschloss sich selbstständig zu machen und eine eigene Marke zu gründen.
Heute ist Sie eine anerkannte Designerin in der Modebranche und sie konnte Charlotte Sparre als Marke etablieren.
