Delivery and purchase terms
Terms of delivery and shipping costs, payment options and information on availability.
Delivery is made with by DHL or DHL EXPRESS. Our packaging is licensed.
Postage and packing will be charged as follows:
- Shipping costs are applied to all international orders depending on quantity and weight
- Shipping costs are waived (only within Germany, except DHL Express) from a purchase value of EUR 200.00
- Shipping is at our risk (transport insurance is at our expense)
- Return costs within Germany are waived (return at our expense)
- Each delivery is accompanied by a free return label (only on orders within Germany) You can find your return label in your order confirmation.
- Return costs for international orders are to be paid by the customer
- We reserve the right, in the case of orders containing items that are not immediately available, not to dispatch your order until it is complete.
A delivery to other countries is possible on separate request, the shipping costs in this case depend on the order quantity, destination country and weight of goods. The delivery time shown may vary.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is made to Klarna in each case:
Instand bank transfer: your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
Credit card: Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order.
Direct debit: The debit will be made after the goods have been shipped. The time will be communicated to you by e-mail.
The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit assessment as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. Information about delivery times:
Status Green: Ready for dispatch immediately, delivery time approx. 1-3 working days
The goods are in stock and will be shipped as soon as possible! Usually this is the next working day. Exception: Order by bank transfer.

Status Orange: Delivery time 5-9 working days
The goods are NOT in stock. Goods are usually in stock at our supplier and shipped to you after receipt. The delivery time usually takes as indicated (e.g. 5-9 working days). If the goods are no longer available, we will contact you immediately and refund the purchase price.

Status Orange: Delivery time 30-60 working days
The goods are NOT in stock. It is ordered by us from the supplier on ORDER and shipped to you upon receipt. Delivery time is usually as indicated (e.g. 30-60 business days). Specially made goods are excluded from exchange.

Status Orange: Delivery time on request working days
The goods are NOT in stock. We have to request the item from our supplier. We will inform you as soon as there is information about your order!

This product is NOT in stock and cannot be reordered from the supplier. This product is sold out and no longer available.
