Claudio Parolini is the owner of the brand THE.NIM STANDARD and probably has indigo blood, because his father already produced jeans at the end of the 1980s. Since the 1990s, he himself is now in the blue business. For THE.NIM STANDARD, he works exclusively with the best Italian companies.
For his jeans, Parolini sources the fabrics from the Ital. Candiani weaving mill. THE.NIM STANDARD is washed, dyed, finished and sewn entirely in Italy. The wash and destroyed effects are mostly done by hand. For this, a few small companies were selected and the individual production steps were refined together with them. Claudio Parolini explains, "Many people don't feel like putting a pair of pants in for years first. We focus on creating a product that feels good and fits well from the start."
His source of inspiration is his second home, the USA. He lived and worked there for a long time and thus got to know and love the country and its people. The cuts are geared to European requirements - body-hugging silhouettes and lightweight fabrics with a good, soft feel.
