High Twist Yarn
High-twist yarn / High-twisted wool is a yarn with extra twist. This makes the yarns elastic, durable and soft. They also give a particularly beautiful stitch pattern. The difficult thing about making this yarn is that care must be taken not to over-twist the yarn so that it does not contract.
